道路冷再生機(jī)租賃是在常溫下使用冷再生機(jī)械(以路星LZS2400型就地冷再生機(jī)為例)連續(xù)完成銑刨和破碎舊路面結(jié)構(gòu)層(包括面層和部分基層)、添加再生材料、拌和、攤鋪等作業(yè)過程,碾壓成型后的攤鋪層可作為低等級公路的基層或面層及高等級公路的底基層或基層,屬于道路養(yǎng)護(hù)維修范疇。它主要解決瀝青路面上基層破損的問題。具體講,道路冷再生是指充分利用現(xiàn)有瀝青道路舊鋪層材料(面層與基層)必要時加入部分新骨料,并按比例加入一 定量的添加劑(水泥、石灰、粉煤灰等)在自然環(huán)境溫度下就地連續(xù)地完成材料的銑刨、破碎、拌和、攤鋪及壓實成型,從而修筑出具有所需性能質(zhì)量的新基層的作業(yè)過程。
